Crystal is a Senior Registered Nurse with over 30 years of clinical experience in both public and private healthcare. Her career has been defined by a commitment to excellence, precision, and patient safety — qualities that now shape the foundation of MediComply.
Throughout her career, Crystal has led training programs, overseen strategic planning initiatives, and developed SOPs for diverse medical environments. Her hands-on involvement in OHSC audits gives her a deep understanding of what compliance demands — not just on paper, but in practice.
Crystal also holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Pretoria, complementing her clinical expertise with analytical thinking, ethical reasoning, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks. Her leadership ensures every client receives not just support, but transformation.
